We ship the VHF Watch Recorder from Linz, Austria. You choose your shipping region when you order, and the payment page then accepts delivery addresses in that region only.

Shipping is charged once per order, whatever the quantity. Prices include VAT where VAT applies.
Delivery times count from the day we hand the parcel to the carrier. For items in stock we usually ship within 2 working days of your order. For pre-orders, we ship when the batch is ready; the product page states when we expect that, and we email you if it changes.
We do not ship to other countries yet. If yours is missing, write to office@pragre.com.
Tracking
When your recorder ships, we email you the tracking number.
Deliveries outside the EU
Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom are outside the EU customs union. The parcel goes through customs in the destination country, which can add a few days.
- Import VAT, customs duties and the carrier's handling or clearance fee may be charged by the authorities or the carrier on delivery. They are not included in our price or shipping cost and are paid by you.
- The rules and amounts depend on the country and the value of the parcel. Please check with your national customs authority if you are unsure.
- If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, the return costs are deducted from your refund.
Damaged or lost parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the carrier if you can and send us a photo. If a parcel has not arrived within the delivery time above plus five working days, tell us and we will trace it with the carrier. We bear the risk of loss and damage until the parcel is delivered to you.
Wrong address
Please check your address on the payment page. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incomplete or wrong address, we will contact you and ship it again; the extra shipping cost is yours.
